Family Matters

Family Matters

is the core of what we do at Mt. Eaton Church. Families learn God’s word together during our traditional 8:00am and contemporary 10:30am Sunday Gatherings. Bible Study Hour is at 9:30am in the Sanctuary for adults, while children are engaged in teaching and activities in Faith Hall, downstairs.

On Wednesdays, we have a family-style dinner at 6:00pm, after which the whole family studies God’s word together.

"And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes."

Ephesians 4:11-14

Forged Men

Forged Men

Learning & Living Biblical Manhood For Men 16 & Older

FORGING Men in Biblical Manhood by Learning to Love God, Love His Word, Love His Ways, and Love His Things. Strengthening Men in these last days to ensure a firm and steady remnant by modeling Faithful Leadership. Teaching Men to mentor future leaders as fathers, kids, and servants. Proclaiming as men of God that God Lives, Reigns, and Governs the affairs of men for His Glory. Committing ourselves to obey all God's commands, especially to the command of Going, Making, and Baptising Disciples "in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey all Christ has commanded."

Likewise, urge the younger men to be self-controlled. Show yourself in all respects to be a model of good works, and in your teaching show integrity, dignity, and sound speech that cannot be condemned, so that an opponent may be put to shame, having nothing evil to say about us.

All women are welcome and encouraged to join us on the second Monday of each month (except during summer recess).

Greeting Everyone With A Smile and The Love Of Christ

Welcome Ministry provides hospitality to both members and first-time visitors coming to gather with our Mount Eaton Church Family. When we connect our hospitality with our story of being welcomed and embraced through the grace and love of Christ, it becomes more than just a greeting. We embrace people with God’s love, creating a warm and welcoming space where people feel at home, and where strangers become friends and family.

Welcome hosts are often one of the first people someone new will come into contact with in our church. It’s important to provide a smile and warm welcome to all those who arrive at our Gatherings.
